Strategi Pembelajaran Sinkronus di Era Digital: Upaya Meningkatkan Kompetensi Kognitif Siswa pada Mata Pelajaran Al-Qur’an Hadis

This study aims to examine the effectiveness of synchronous online learning as a strategy to enhance students’ cognitive competence in Qur’an and Hadith subjects. The background of this research lies in the shift of learning models during the digital era, which demands interactive, real-time learning methods to maintain the quality of Islamic education. Using a quantitative approach with an experimental design, data were collected through pre-test and post-test instruments to measure cognitive improvement after implementing synchronous learning via online platforms. The study involved students from Islamic senior high schools as research subjects. Data analysis was conducted using statistical tests to determine the significance of learning outcomes. The results indicate that synchronous learning positively influences students’ cognitive competence, particularly in understanding, interpreting, and applying Qur’anic and Hadith concepts. The findings suggest that synchronous learning not only maintains interaction and engagement in virtual environments but also serves as an effective pedagogical innovation to strengthen Islamic learning outcomes in the digital era
