Abstract

This article discusses curriculum management in the Pancasila student profile strengthening project at Sunan Giri Menganti Middle School. This discussion includes: planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising. This study uses a qualitative approach and descriptive research using one research object, namely Sunan Giri Menganti Middle School. (1) P5 activity planning is carried out by selecting 2 P5 project coordinators for each level. Then the coordinator of each class level will create a module in the P5 activity. The coordinator team will allocate the time for the P5 activity to last for how many days and plan the activities in it. (2) Organization is carried out in 3 ways, including: first, determining the coordinator team, second, by dividing tasks. Tasks are usually divided per level, third, by allocating funds for P5 project activities. (3) implementation is carried out in four stages, including: first, the introduction stage, second, the contextualization stage, third, the action stage, and fourth, the reflection stage. (4) supervision is carried out through observation and supervision
