Mindfulness; Sebuah Pendekatan Pendidikan Spiritual Islam (Studi Kasus di Padepokan Patrap Surakarta)

This research aims to determine the concept of Islamic Mindfulness and its impact on the spirituality of the congregation at Padepokan Patrap Surakarta. This research is included in qualitative research using the case study method. The focus of the problem in this research is how spiritual education uses a mindfulness approach. The object of this research is spiritual education with a Mindfulness approach. The research subjects consisted of caregivers/leaders of Padepokan Patrap Surakarta, employees/staff, congregation, and anyone who might have information and needed it as additional data in this research. Data collection methods in this research are observation, interviews and documentation. Firstly, the author uses the observation method to find out directly how mindfulness is implemented at Padepokan Patrap Surakarta. Second, interviews with respondents to find out the concept of Mindfulness and its implementation at Padepokan Tratap. Third, documentation. This method is used by researchers to obtain information relating to the history, geographical location, vision and mission profile of the Patrap Surakarta hermitage. Fourth, data analysis to prove the scientificity of research and increase the degree of trust requires checking the validity of the data. In seeking the validity or validity of the data, researchers used data triangulation techniques and extended participation. The contribution of this research consists of three main points. First, systematize the Islamic concept of mindfulness. Second, the concept of mindfulness in spiritual education. The third implementation of Islamic mindfulness at Padepokan Tratap Surakarta
