Model Research and Development dalam Pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam

So far, Islamic Religious Education (PAI) often uses conventional models, methods or strategies, especially on metaphysical and transcendental materials. This study seeks to examine research and development models of Islamic Education learning in several aspects. This literature research concludes that Research and Development (R&D) in Islamic Education learning can be carried out through research to produce new products or improve existing products. R & D objects in PAI learning are: materials, methods, media, and evaluation techniques. R&D can help teachers to create and innovate products that are continuously refined. The goal is to ensure convenience and comfort in Islamic Studies subjects. The author needs to emphasize that R&D in Islamic Education learning must be seen as an improvement in education (at least in class or educational institutions). Therefore, the authors recommend the following: First, finalizing R&D planning; Second, pay more attention to accuracy, especially in analysis and evaluation; Third, increasing attention to efforts to develop better materials, methods, media and evaluation techniques in the learning process
