Abstract

The main problem of this research is how to foster children's spiritual intelligence in the family. The purpose of the author of raising this topic is to reveal the role of parents in fostering children's spiritual intelligence in the family environment. Based on the results of this qualitative research, it can be concluded that spiritual intelligence is something related to the spirit, spirit and religious soul and has a monotheistic (integralistic) thought pattern and is principled only by the principle of (integralistic) and principled only because of Allah. In general, there are two main factors that influence intelligence, namely; genetic or innate factors and environmental factors, namely the home environment. or innate and environmental factors, namely the home environment, nutritional adequacy, early intervention and education at school. So, steps that parents should pay attention to in fostering spiritual intelligence in children, among others: involving children in religious religious activities, read poems or songs that are spiritual and inspirational, take the child to a spiritual spiritual and inspirational poems or songs, take the child to enjoy the beauty of nature, include children in social activities and be a positive mirror  a positive mirror. This research can be used as a reference for parents parents, educators, and those in charge of education in general in an effort to instill early spiritual intelligence in children.
