Good quality of learning will only be achieved if The teachers in it can create learning quality. In this case, a very big role is in education supervisor, i.e. the principal as a supervisor
internal and school supervisors as external supervisors. Focus The research in this study is the implementation of the main tasks and the function of supervisors in improving learning, Implementation of the main tasks and functions of teachers in carrying out improvement of learning, and cooperation between supervisors and teachers in improving student learning in Junior High School Boarding Hidayatullah Islamic Boarding School Dau Malang. This research using the type of descriptive qualitative research. As for the technique Data collection includes observation, involvement, interviews in-depth and documentation. Meanwhile, data analysis techniques using SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) in each research focus that has been formulated. Deep In this study, there are three important findings as a result of the analysis. First, supervisors are not optimal in providing active coaching to teachers at Ar-Rohmah Junior High School. Second The majority of teachers at Ar-rohmah Junior High School are learning properly and comply with all SOPs (Standard Operating
Procedure) that has been established in the school. Despite the dominance of learning methods are lacking, they are very enthusiastic about learning innovate in conducting learning in the classroom. Third, work The same between teachers and supervisors is more done in the schools initiated by the school itself. Ar-Rohmah Junior High School more play an active role in the coaching carried out by the supervisor External.
