Abstract

The priority concentration on the grammatical aspect in understanding verse Qur'an cannot be underestimated. Because the understanding of the Qur'an, through interpretation, has a very big role for the progress of the people. Therefore, al-Farr?', a figure with the with linguistic intellectual specialties tried to work in this field of this field of study. He tried to extract the message contained in the verses holistically, through the most basic door, namely language. door, namely language. The method that al-Farr?' introduced seems to be trying to combine some aspects of bi al-ma'th?r interpretation with bi al-ra'yi with bi al-ra`yi. This can be seen in his book Ma'?n?y alQur`?n.
