Abstract

The training on creating creative Islamic educational media for teachers at TAB Syuhada’ Haji Kota Blitar aims to enhance teachers’ competencies in developing innovative learning media focused on strengthening moral education from an early age. This activity employed the Participatory Action Training (PAT) approach, which consisted of three stages: needs analysis, training and media creation practice, and mentoring and evaluation. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation of teachers’ products. The results showed significant improvement in three main aspects: creativity, technical skills in media development, and integration of Islamic values in learning activities. Before the training, most teachers had never independently created Islamic educational media; however, after the program, all participants (100%) successfully produced usable media such as the “Akhlakku Mulia” card, “Jejak Kebaikan” interactive board, and Hijaiyah alphabet puzzle with moral values. The training also increased children’s engagement, learning enthusiasm, and teachers’ awareness in applying akhlaq al-karimah values. Therefore, this program effectively enhanced teachers’ professionalism and integrated Islamic values through creative, contextual, and meaningful learning media.
